    Rain chances on the rise...starting tomorrow. Not much today other than a very warm day. Not even that humid. But hot in the mid 90s. There may be a few showers SE PM, but very low coverage. Showers and a few storms will approach our NW counties overnight as a disturbance moves in. Throw in some sun Friday and that will fire off showers esp PM/eve with some brief heavy downpours. Those are again possible Saturday. Both days will see lower temps thanks to the cloud cover. By Sunday...the dist...

    A zookeeper at the Dallas Zoo was injured Saturday while transferring lions to an off-exhibit lion house. Think we will hit 100...and the heat index will end up near 104. That's getting up there. This could end up as a FIVE day streak with a bias toward 101's by Sun-Tue. By mid week, a cold front will approach with a few storms possible and temps dropping back to the "norm" in the mid 90s.

    Not hot...yet. The LOW that was here Sunday is still hanging around to our west. An area of showers is still west of FTW and that rain chance sticks around today. Areas from DFW east will heat more and may see a few storms pop PM. as it pulls away tomorrow, there may be a low rain chance with a gusty south wind and temps still in the mid 90s. By weeks end, high pressure builds in, with temps inching up. Looks like we should head back to 100 by the weekend into early next week...however ther...
