DeKalb County police say they believe the man responsible for killed a 19-year-old man showed up at the victim's funeral.
DeKalb County police say they believe the man responsible for killed a 19-year-old man showed up at the victim's funeral. Investigators say they think 28-year-old Marcus Ventress came to the Victory of the World Church in Stone Mountain during Ryan Guider's funeral, and tempers flared outside following the services.
