Stories Mentioned on Sunday's Show

Father's Day
This week on Insights we celebrate the 100th anniversary of Father’s Day. Joining the celebration will be Denton’s own William Dounely and the ever popular Smokie Norful.
Norful sings a cut from his new CD titled Smokie Norful Live.

Where is Baby Daisja?
Until there is further evidence, the search has been called for a missing 9-month-old girl. Her 19-year-old mother claimed she was forced to go along with the story about the missing baby because of abuse from her boyfriend.

We talked with Debra Mitchell-Ibe, community outreach director for The Family Place about abuse and young women. Even some teens are victims of abuse these days.

Whatever Happened To…?
Do you recall the story that hit the airways a few weeks ago about two sisters fighting in Flower Mound and the 10-year-old who was arrested by police? The story made national news. We invited the girls and their parents to sit down with us and talk about how they are doing now. Find out if they will fight ever again.
