HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - An outraged man makes a memorable statement about crime to a local television station. Now he's an international web superstar, and his life has changed forever.

His sister said she had been victimized by a man who climbed into her second-story window, crawled into her bed, and began groping her.
Dodson's theatrical outrage turned an everyday crime story an internet sensation.
"Well, obviously, we have a rapist in Lincoln Park," Dodson told WAFF's reporter. "He's climbing in your windows, he's snatching your people up, trying to rape them. So you need to hide your kids, hide your wife, and hide your husband because they're raping everybody out here."
The attacker managed to get away, but left behind some evidence.
"We got your t-shirt, you done left fingerprints and all, you are so dumb," Dodson told WAFF. "You are really dumb. For real."
Dodson sent a personal message to the attacker via the TV station's news camera.
"You don't have to come and confess that you did it, we're looking for you," he said to WAFF, angrily waving paper in the lens. "We're gonna find you, I'm letting you in on that. So you can run and tell that, homeboy."
The original story hit YouTube and has been viewed over a million times. Then some enterprising musicians used the computer program Auto-Tune to turn Dodson's statements into a catchy rap song.
That YouTube video exploded as well, and sparking dozens of imitations of the "Bed Intruder Song." There's even a marching band arrangement from North Carolina.
Through it all, Antoine Dodson has become a star. He's been interviewed on National Public Radio, has done commercials, and says he has thousands of fans.
He's launched his own YouTube channel, wherein he answers questions from fans on his Facebook page.
Dodson says he has earned a little money from his fame, and he loves being the center of attention.
As for the attacker who launched the entire phenomenon, so far, he hasn't been caught.
