DALLAS - Very special young models strutted their stuff on Tuesday to raise money for a unique charity that has helped improve their lives.

The children, many of whom have cerebral palsy, walked the runway at the Brook Hallow Golf Club in Dallas for the nonprofit organization A Child Can Do All Things.

The charity provides CP patients unique physical therapy that helps them better move.

"It's been proven that if we do repetitive tasks over and over and over again, that will … make them more independent, and allow for their mind to find new ways and new pathways to help make their muscles work," organization founder Brian Hall said.

According to Hall, the organization has helped a number of children who were told they would never walk -- some of whom walked the runway on Tuesday.
