New Federal Help for Homeowners

One day after signing the huge stimulus bill, President Obama unveiled a $75 billion initiative aimed at helping homeowners. The "Homeowner Stability Initiative" is what the president says is the lifeline for people treading in murky mortgage waters. FOX 4's Shaun Rabb has the story.
