DALLAS - A 65-year-old piano teacher is charged with molesting young girls during in-home lessons.
FOX 4 reporter Brandon Todd has learned that a Tarrant County grand jury on Thursday indicted Leeland G. Miller on numerous charges.
According to police, Miller molested five girls between the ages of 6 and 10 at his Bedford home in the 2200 block of Oak Manor Drive.
They said some victims were abused for two months while others were molested for two years.
According to investigators, parents of the alleged victims reported that they were at Miller's home during the lessons, though not always in the same room.
Police said one of the girls alerted police to the alleged abuse in October 2008, prompting an investigation.
Miller is charged with seven counts of indecency with a child, two counts of continued sexual abuse and one count of aggravated sexual assault.
He was out of jail after posting $275,000 in bonds, and remained at home on Thursday.
