DALLAS - Ten people have laid claim to the top spot at the Dallas Police Department. However, none of the names on the list are current DPD officers.
Outgoing Chief David Kunkle retires later this spring and the city manager's office has said they'd like to find a replacement by the end of April.
The list released Tuesday includes:
