Police: Slain Flower Mound Girl Was Pregnant

FLOWER MOUND - The boyfriend of a murdered Flower Mound teenager is in jail,
charged with capital murder, after police revealed the girl was
pregnant.
When pregnancy is involved, a capital murder charge is
automatic in Denton County.
Friday, officers arrested Garrett Gower at a psychiatric
facility in Bedford.
He is accused of killing Brittany Munoz, whose body was found
Tuesday by her sister at the family’s Flower Mound
apartment.
