On Your Side: Narc That Car

DALLAS - It is the most asked about company of 2010 and despite an F rating with the Dallas Better Business Bureau, people are lining up to sign up for NarcThatCar.com.

The set up is simple:  get paid to write down 10 random license plate numbers each month, then submit them to the company database.  But exactly where is the money coming from to pay more than 50,000 consultants nationwide?
