ARLINGTON, Texas - A woman was shot and robbed in her Arlington apartment Wednesday.
Police said the shooting happened around noon in the 3200 block of Matlock Road.
The woman was taken to the hospital with injuries that are not life threatening.
Police are seeking more than one suspect, but few details about those suspects have been released.
On Tuesday, two women in Watauga were also victims of a home invasion robbery. But, police there said the women knew their attackers.
Three men reportedly forced their way into their townhome in the 6000 block of Park Vista Boulevard. They tied up the women, ransacked the home and stole electronics.
The men took off in the victim’s vehicles and used one victim’s ATM card at a bank, police said.
One of the stolen vehicles has been recovered but officers have not yet made any arrests.
