Worker Falls 23 Stories to Death

DALLAS - A construction worker fell to his death on Thursday in downtown Dallas.
The incident happened at about 3 p.m. at Cedar Springs Road and Olive Street.
Jose Aguila, 37, fell 23 stories from the St. Ann Court building being erected at the location.
The Austin Industries employee was installing some hardware on the building when scaffolding gave way, causing his fall.
A witness on the ground said she saw the man falling, his arms and legs flailing.
