McKinney Man Ticketed for Honking at Cop

McKINNEY, Texas - A driver says a McKinney police officer pulled him over because he honked his horn. He says he honked because the officer ran a stop sign and almost hit him. He thinks there's video to prove it. But FOX 4's Saul Garza reports its video the city doesn't want you to see.
