New Rape Crisis Center Offers Help

Victims of sexual assault now have a new place to turn to for help in Dallas County. The Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center in Richardson goes well beyond the assistance provided by area hospitals. FOX 4's Dan Godwin has the details.
