Pct. 5 Absentee Voting Draws Suspicion

DALLAS - Another case of possible wrong doing surround a voter and an absentee ballot has surfaced in Dallas County. One expert tells FOX 4's Shaun Rabb he thinks someone is vote harvesting, which is illegal in Texas.
