HIGHLAND PARK, Texas - The man police arrested for stealing a woman’s $90,000 diamond ring has been charged in two more cases.
According to the Highland Park Department of Public Safety, 53-year-old Bryan Maurice Fuller is responsible for a couple of the city’s cold-case robberies.
The first crime happened in October 2006. A woman was attacked in her driveway and her diamond ring was stolen. The second case in July 2007 also involved a driveway attack.
Investigators began reviewing the cases following the Jan. 25 robbery outside a north Dallas Whole Foods store because they noticed similarities.
Officers questioned Fuller following his recent arrest. They said he matches a description of their suspect and he is cooperating with the investigation.
He faces aggravated robbery and robbery charges in Highland Park, aggravated robbery charges in Dallas and is being investigated by police in Houston.
Dallas police are still looking for a second man who was with Fuller on the day of the Whole Food robbery.
