Woman Jailed for Allegedly Stealing Expensive Lingerie

DALLAS - Dallas police say a woman walked out of the Neiman Marcus at NorthPark Center with almost $2,500 worth of lingerie last week. 

The alleged loot included:

• One nightie = $522
• Two bras = $452
• Three pairs of panties = $313

Plus, five sweatshirts priced at more than $100 each and five pairs of pants, also more than a $100  each.

Police say store security guards watched Audrey Edwards on surveillance cameras pick up the items and drape them over her arm.  She then allegedly walked out without paying for any of it. 

Police arrested the 41-year-old and charged her with felony theft because the items were so expensive.
