Nude Elderly Gardener Cited

    FORT WORTH, Texas - An elderly man was cited on Sunday for allegedly doing yard work in the nude.

    The incident happened at about 3:30 p.m. in the 9800 block of Watercress Drive in Fort Worth.

    According to an incident report issued by the Fort Worth Police Department, a deputy on bicycle patrol noticed the naked gardener.

    Robert Dean, 71, was wearing only tennis shoes while operating a weed trimmer in his yard, the report states.

    After determining that Dean has no history of sex crimes, the deputy cited the man with disorderly conduct.
