BEAUTY SHOP PECAN PIE
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Spray pie pan with Pam
3. Put in uncooked pie crust
4. Place 11/2 cups pecans in crust
5. Combine:
3 beaten eggs
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup white Karo syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine the eggs and ingredients that follow and pour over pecans in the shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minute. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for an additional 40 miniutes. Cool before serving
