Supercharge Your Breakfast Smoothie

Berry Beautiful Smoothie:
Blend together 1/2 cup acai or pomegranate juice - (Get 100% juice for most nutrition and antioxidants for anti-aging)
10-15 fresh blueberries (Known as a superfood for its antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties - plus they help with vision and heart health)
1/2 cup plain yogurt (Avoid the sugary, artificial flavored yogurts)
1 frozen banana (for a frothy texture and sweet, complimentary flavor)
**Add 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds or flax oil for a dose of healthy omega-3 fatty acids that have been shown to XYZ

Coconut milk, coconut water, pineapple

2 avocado slices, several slices of Apple + apple juice

Fiber Fueled Smoothie:
Aim for 35 grams of fiber per day to help move toxins from the body.
Add a scoop of pea protein or chia seeds to your favorite fruit smoothie.

Chia Fresca
Soak 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (from bulk or prepackaged in the grocery aisle) to a glass of fruit juice.
The Chia seeds get a gel like texture when soaked and add omega 3s and fiber.
