  1. Watch what you say. Do not gossip with coworkers.
  2. No drama. Do not cause trouble on purpose.
  3. Do not be late.
  4. Do not sleep.
  5. Do not do drugs.
  6. Do not lie.
  7. Do not steal. This applies to everything from Post-Its to company time. You can't study for your realtor license online when you're getting paid by someone else.
  8. Do not reveal company information.
  9. Do not waste company time on Facebook and Twitter.
