A party is underway in Hamtramck. People from all over have gathered to celebrate Fat Tuesday at the New Dodge Lounge.

The Paczki Pallooza celebration began at 7 a.m. with plans to run all day long.

FOX 2's Amy Andrews was there and ran into a local congressman who stopped by to say hello.
