MESA, Ariz. (AP) - A California divorce attorney accused in the 2010 death of a Phoenix-area man has been extradited to Arizona.
Authorities say 52-year-old Robert Fischer was arrested May 3 on suspicion of second-degree murder.
He's accused in the death of 49-year-old Norman "Lee" Radder, who authorities initially believed had killed himself inside his Queen Creek home on Dec. 30, 2010.
The Maricopa County Medical Examiner's Office won't comment on the cause of Radder's death, saying it doesn't want to jeopardize the case.
The East Valley Tribune (http://bit.ly/JO4GkI) says Radder lived in Orange County, Calif., for several years and published a magazine for dirt bike enthusiasts.
Fischer was booked Wednesday into a Maricopa County jail. He's scheduled to be arraigned May 23.
Fischer, of Irvine, has a law office in Garden Grove, Calif.
