
The Stand's Pork & Bean Bars
1 can (15 oz) pork and beans
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple with juice
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Puree beans and pineapple in blender. Set aside. Beat eggs and oil in a bowl. Combine dry ingredients, add to egg mixture and mix well.
Add the bean mixture. Pour into ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
Cream cheese frosting:
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup softened butter
4 tsp vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
Combine until smooth, spread over bars.
