ARLINGTON, Texas -
One person was killed and another hurt on Friday in an early-morning crash in Arlington.
The incident happened at about 2:45 at the intersection of New York Avenue and E. Sublet Road, southeast of Arlington Municipal Airport.
According to investigators, a motorcycle traveling eastbound on E. Sublet slammed into the right front fender of a small four-door sedan traveling southbound on New York.
The male driver of the bike was killed and his female passenger suffered a serious leg injury. She was transported to John Peter Smith Hospital in an unknown condition.
The man driving the car was uninjured.
It was not clear what caused the crash.
