A major multivehicle wreck closed all southbound lanes of the Dallas North Tollway for a couple hours on Friday.
The crash involving a small, unoccupied paratransit DART bus and four other vehicles occurred at about 2:30 p.m. near the Oak Lawn exit of the tollway.
The DART bus failed to slow with traffic, striking one vehicle and sparking a chain-reaction crash, DART police said.
DART representative Morgan Lyons said two people from two separate vehicles were transported to Parkland Hospital for treatment of injuries that were not life threatening.
