A man on a motorcycle died early Thursday morning when he collided with another vehicle on the Central Expressway (Highway 75).

Plano police say the speeding motorcyclist rear-ended a minivan with three people inside on southbound Central Expressway between Park Boulevard and Parker Road.

The impact was so great, the motorcyclist went head-first through the minivan's rear window.

The motorcyclist, described only as a man in his 20s, died at the scene. No one in the minivan was hurt.
