ROASTED GARLIC HUMMUS
¼ gallon Chick Peas (Garbanzo Beans)
10 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 TBSP Water
1 TBSP Kosher Salt
1 TBSP Black Pepper
¼ cup Roasted Garlic
¼ cup Tahini Paste
¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
2 TBSP Parsley, chopped fine
1) Place chick peas in a colander and wash well with cold water.
2) Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well together.
3) Place into a food processor, half at a time, and blend until smooth.
4) Transfer to your favorite bowl and serve immediately or place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
*Use this recipe as a base and anything can be added and blended in from roasted red bell peppers, grilled fennel, edamame, white beans, sundried tomatoes, spring onions, roasted eggplant, or whatever your favorite flavor is.
