
DESSERT, CHOCOLATE CAKE-FLOURLESS from Start
INGREDIENTS: 8 Cakes 16 Cakes :
2% MILK u 1/3 Cup 2/3 Cups
EGGS, LARGE u 4 Each 8 Each
VANILLA EXTRACT u 1 Tsp 2 Tsp
BUTTER, UNSALTED (Melted) u 3/4 Cup 1 1/2 Cups
Combine Milk, Eggs, Vanilla and melted Butter in the Blender.
QUINOA, COOKED (.75 Cup Dry) u 2 Cups 4 Cups
Then add the cold quinoa and blend until very smooth consistency, no lumps.
SUGAR u 1 3/4 Cups 3 1/2 Cups
In mixer, whisk sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking
COCOA POWDER, UNSWEET u 1 Cup 2 Cups
BAKING POWDER u 1 1/2 Tsp 3 Tsp
BAKING SODA u 1 1/2 Tsp 3 Tsp
SALT u 1/2 Tsp 1 Tsp
Add wet mix to dry ingredients and blend well.
PAN SPRAY u 1 oz 2 oz u
Pan Spray each pan and fill each just over 1/2 way and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
POWDERED SUGAR u Dust uDust
Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
