
A third person from North Texas has died this week because of the West Nile Virus.
The most recent victim was a Fort Worth resident in his 50s. He had an underlying medical condition, health officials said.
Two people from Dallas County also died earlier this week.
In North Texas there have been 32 total deaths related to West Nile, including 17 in Dallas County, eight in Tarrant County, four in Collin County, two in Denton County and one in Ellis County.
