A cool day across North Texas on Saturday as daytime highs didn't even get out of the 50s! The high today of 57 was actually the coolest afternoon high temperature ever recorded for this date. Despite mostly cloudy skies tonight, overnight lows will drop down into the lower 40s with the possibility of upper 30s in a few outlying areas. We have seen a little light rain around the Red River Valley, but very little measurable precipitation is expected. We'll have another cool day on Sunday until we start to see a rapid warm up by the middle of next week. Rain chances increase towards the end of next week, but much of the energy may end up being north of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, which means much of the rain may end up there also. Stay tuned.
