A 19-year-old man kicked out of a Dallas nightclub was arrested by police officers, but then he took matters into his own hands, according to police.
Cory Weddington III is facing a charge of assault on a public servant after he allegedly grabbed an arresting officer's testicles and twisted them.
Two DPD officers responded to the Havana Bar & Grill on Cedar Springs Road at 4 a.m. Sunday after workers kicked Weddington out of the club for being underage.
According to a police report, Weddington grew violent and said his credit card was still inside the club. When officers attempted to arrest him, "[Weddington] reached up in between [the officer's] legs and grabbed [the officer's] testicles and began to squeeze," the police report said.
The officer had to strike the teen in the face to make him to let go.
Weddington was taken to Lew Sterritt Justice Center, where he also allegedly tried to fight Dallas Sheriff's deputies while being unhandcuffed.
The teen is charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and assault on a public servant.
After he was booked, jailers found his credit cards in his pocket.
