Traffic tie-ups, packed parking lots, a lot of Texas/OU fans chose to avoid all that and take DART Saturday morning to Fair Park. And the ones we spoke with say it was a 'breeze'.
"Best way to go," says a Longhorn fan who has used DART three years in a row.
"It's gotten better every year," he says.
In 2009, thousands of DART passengers, trying to get to the game, got stuck on trains and buses. Many of them missed the entire first half. Since then, DART has made a lot of improvements.
"It took us 15 minutes," brags an Oklahoma fan who caught the train from the White Rock Lake area.
DART officials say they added more trains, buses and beefed up the staff at all the stations for Saturday's Red River Rivalry.
