Lots of sunshine can be expected in the upcoming days as daytime high temperatures remain in the lower 80s. A weak cold front will drop temperatures on Thursday, but it is not expected to be significant. The computer models do indicate that there could be a few showers in the area, but the chances will be less than 10% here in the Metroplex. The chances for rain area slightly better in East Texas, but only around 20% or so. The end of the week looks nice, with mostly sunny conditions and afternoon highs back in the lower 80s. The long range forecast suggest better chances for rain by Monday and Tuesday of next week. Stay tuned.
