½ oz Grand Marnier
½ oz Simple Syrup
¼ oz House Lemon Sour

Movie Tavern
Spinach Artichoke Dip
2 Tablespoons butter
1 - 8 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1 - 4 oz. jar chopped quartered artichoke hearts
2 oz. roasted red bell peppers, diced
1 cup mild cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese
Pita chips

This recipe has been modified to work at home based upon one of our Movie Tavern favorite appetizer items.  All the items are easy to get at your local grocery store.  Thaw and drain spinach and set aside.  In a medium size pot melt 2 table spoons of butter, add artichokes, bell peppers and spinach.  Slowly stir in cheeses to desired consistency.  Serve with pita chips.

Movie Tavern Queso
1 Tbsp. cooking oil (olive, canola - whatever you have)
1/4 cup white onion, diced
1 large jalapeno or Serrano pepper, seeds and stem removed, and diced
12 oz. white American cheese, shredded
4 oz. Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded (optional; don't use pre-shredded)
1/4-2/3 cup cream, half-and-half, or whole milk
1 roma tomato, seeds removed and diced
1 small bunch cilantro, roughly chopped

Heat the oil in a sauté pan.
Cook the onion and pepper until softened and reduce heat to medium-low.
Add the shredded cheese and 1/4 cup of the cream. Stir until mostly melted.
Add the tomatoes, cilantro, and additional cream a little at a time until you reach desired consistency.

Movie Tavern
Jamaican Jerk Beef Skewers

1 lb sirloin steak cut against the grain into strips
1 bottle of your favorite jerk or Jamaican marinade
Wooden Skewers (soaked in water, so they do not splinter)
Salt and Pepper
Cayenne Pepper (optional)

Place strips of sirloin in marinade for at least 1 hour.

Skewer strips and season with salt/pepper and cayenne (optional).

Place on hot grill or griddle and cook to temperature preference.
