Chain reaction crash kills pedestrian on I-30

A person walking along I-30, in Fort Worth, was killed overnight.

At around 1:15 Saturday morning, police say a person got out of an SUV and that the driver of the SUV followed the person, who walked along the highway.

Another driver then slammed into the back of the SUV near the Oakland boulevard exit.

The SUV then hit the person walking who was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are investigating the incident and have not determined what charges will be filed.
