A cold front moving through the Dallas/Ft. Worth area has sparked a few thunderstorms in the area. Most of the activity is just east and southeast of the Metroplex. A few of these storms have become marginally severe with small hail, gusty winds, and lightning. The activity continues to slide to the south at around 10 mph. This will be a one time shot as drier air will start to filter into the region. Clouds will stick around for the next couple of days though as daytime highs will be mostly in the 70s. Temperatures in the 70s is just about where we should be for the first part of November.
