For Monday, we start with making sure you don't over or under cook that big holiday meal, or any meal. The key is to check your thermometer.
Tips:
1. Test thermometer - put in boling water, should read 210 degrees 2. Don't trust oven thermometer 3. Hang thermometer in oven 4. Replace damaged ovens 5. Change direction of room fans so hot air is forced down.
