Janitor caught with 12-year-old boy, police say

DENTON, Texas -

A North Texas school janitor was arrested for sexual contact with a child.

Ambrocio Mata, 62, worked at Calhoun Middle School in Denton.

Police said surveillance video showed him alone with a 12-year-old boy. They were hugging, kissing and then the two went into a custodial closet.

The Denton Independent School District said Mata was fired.

He's charged with indecency with a child with sexual conduct.
