A Wylie teen who police say killed his friend and then hid the boy's body in a storm drain will not be charged as an adult.

A judge on Thursday told the unidentified accused that he would not receive the "proper rehabilitation" in an adult facility and that he should be tried as a juvenile.

Nahum Martinez, 15, was found fatally shot earlier this year.

Another teen has already been sentenced to one year in a juvenile detention facility for helping to hide Martinez's body.
