1 medium Golden apple; cored and chopped (leave nutritious peel on)
1 ½ c. purified water (or for a sweeter taste, use 3/4 c. water and 3/4 c. apple juice)
1 T. dulse, flaked
¾ of a small avocado
3 c. baby spinach
Place first four ingredients in blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add spinach; pack the cup. Add more liquid for a thinner soup. Blend until smooth; about one minute. Enjoy.
Use organic ingredients if possible; it not only makes for a better flavor but is also much more nutritious.
