Opponents of a proposed roundabout stormed out of a Dunwoody City Council meeting on Monday.
Under the proposal, a four-way stop at the intersection of Vermack and Womack roads were be converted to a roundabout circular drive near Dunwoody High School.
Parents and students wore red in a show of solidarity against the proposal. They fear the roundabout would greatly increase traffic volume, endangering the lives of students and other pedestrians.
The city council delayed a decision until they have collected more information.
