FORT WORTH, Texas -
Police evacuated a Fort Worth post office Tuesday morning after someone spotted a suspicious package outside the building.
The Fort Worth bomb squad used its explosives robot to investigate and destroy the item at the Polytechnic facility in the 4600 block of E. Rosedale St., between Loop 820 and Miller Road.
The package was described as being a large, flat envelope but it's contents are not known.
Fire officials said two other suspicious packages that contained nothing harmful were also found at the post office in the past two months.
Investigators said the same person is likely responsible for all three packages. They did not name a suspect but said they have several clues.
