ATLANTA -
An Atlanta police officer was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital on Tuesday afternoon after suffering a leg injury in a vehicle accident, according to the Atlanta Police Department.
SkyFOX 5 showed the officer on a stretcher being loaded onto an ambulance on Jonesboro Road at Gammon Avenue around 3:45 p.m.
The extent of the leg injury was not immediately known.
