DALLAS -
Dallas emergency crews were examining a body found in a creek in Oak Cliff Thursday morning.
About mid-morning, someone reported a body in Cedar Creek, across from the 1200 block of Compton Street.
The victim appeared to be a man wearing blue shorts or jeans, white shoes, and no shirt.
The banks of the creek were severely eroded, and a large drainage pipe was sticking out from the bank. The man's body appeared to be just below the pipe, but it's not clear if he fell from the pipe itself, or from the bank.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner is on scene and will do tests to find out who the victim is, and how he died.
