Starbucks is going beyond coffee and adding alcohol to its menus in some area stores.
The Starbucks on Howell Mill Road held a taste test on Thursday to introduce customers to its new evening menu. It's one of four new stores in the metro area that will feature wine, beer, and special foods.
Company officials say customers asked for the expanded adult menu.
The new menus are slowly being rolled out and tested. They are available after 4 p.m.
