An NYPD officer who the FBI claims wanted to kidnap, torture, rape and cannibalize women pleaded not guilty in federal court ion Monday.

Gilberto Valle, a six-year-veteran of the force, is charged with conspiracy to kidnap and the unauthorized use of a computer's federal database.

The feds say the officer had created files of at least 100 women and their photos.

Authorities say they got tipped off after finding email and instant message exchanges between Valle and at least two alleged conspirators. One of those conversations included:

Alleged co-conspirator: how big is your oven?

Valle: big enough to fit one of these girls if I folded their legs...the abduction will have to be flawless... I know all of them... (victim 1)... I can just show up at her home announced, it will not alert her, and i can knock her out, wait until dark and kidnap her right out of her home.

In court, the public defender representing Valle also asked to have her client released on bail.

The U.S. district court judge said that "would a tough road to hoe."

Valle's lawyer said the alleged plot was pure fantasy.
