DALLAS (AP) -- Federal officials have cited a contractor with six serious safety violations after a deadly crane collapse on the University of Texas at Dallas campus.

They're proposing to fine Harrison Hoist of Grand Prairie more than $29,000.

Two workers were killed when the crane collapsed as it was being dismantled on a windy day in July.
