DALLAS -
A young man was found dead at a north Dallas apartment complex early Friday morning but his cause of death was not immediately known.
Someone found the unidentified man, said to be in his 20s, sometime around 6:30 at the Preston Valley Apartments in the 5600 block of Spring Valley Road.
According to responding officers, the victim was on the ground, near some mail boxes, in a building breezeway.
However, they said, the deceased had suffered no obvious signs of trauma.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
