DALLAS -
Dallas Animal Control officers seized five dogs who allegedly attacked and bit a 63-year-old man in his neighborhood on Sunday.
Louis Hart suffered bites to his forehead, right eye, both hands and arms, and both hands and feet, a police report says.
The 63-year-old man was attacked about a block from his home in the 2300 block of Greer Street, near Cesar Chavez Boulevard and Pine Street.
Witnesses told officers that shortly before 11 a.m., they saw five pit bulls bite and attack Hart. The witnesses managed to get the dogs off the victim before calling police.
An ambulance rushed Hart to Baylor Hospital, where he is currently stable.
